Lorenzo leads NIME's overall vision and concept development. He focuses on defining and evolving the idea behind the platform, helping to set its direction and identify new growth opportunities. As CEO, he ensures that the evolution of the project and its offering stays consistent with NIME's long-term vision.

Thomas Andreatta

CTO & Co-Founder

Technology, Backend Infrastructure & DevOps

Thomas leads NIME's technology strategy, architecture and technical development. He is responsible for the platform's technology stack, with a particular focus on backend development, infrastructure and DevOps. He oversees the reliability, scalability and evolution of the technology ecosystem, ensuring that technology effectively supports product development and NIME's future growth.

Andrea Baroncini

Chief Operations & Marketing Officer (COMO) & Co-Founder

Team Management, Marketing & Talent Acquisition

Andrea is responsible for team coordination, marketing and recruitment at NIME. He oversees the organization of people and of the project's different areas, helping to turn company goals into operational priorities. At the same time, he leads the marketing direction and coordinates the search for and selection of the professionals the company needs to grow.

Pietro Dolci

Business Development & Partnerships — Co-Founder

Business Development, Partnerships & External Relations

Pietro leads NIME's business development and partnership activities. He focuses on identifying new commercial opportunities, building relationships with potential partners and developing a network of strategic contacts that can support the project's growth, positioning and expansion.

Riccardo Balbo

CFO & Co-Founder

Finance, Investor Relations, Business Development & Strategic Development

Riccardo contributes to NIME's financial, commercial and strategic development, with a particular focus on relationships with international investors and on the project's financial aspects. He also works with the CEO on developing and evolving the idea, bringing his hands-on experience to assess its applicability, sustainability and potential. In doing so, he helps connect the project's vision with its strategic, financial and business development.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Coordinator

Recruiting, Candidate Screening & Selection

Costanza handles the search for and first-round selection of NIME's new professionals and collaborators. She identifies potential candidates, makes first contact and carries out the initial screening of profiles. She then works with the COMO in the later stages of the selection process, helping to find the people who best fit the project's needs and growth.

Will Murray

Graphic & Visual Designer

Brand, Digital Content & App Visuals

Will helps develop NIME's graphic and visual identity, creating graphics for the project's communication, for social media and, when needed, for the platform. He helps keep the brand's visual representation consistent and recognizable across NIME's content and channels.

Giacomo Gallo

Video Content & Creative Production

Reels, Video Production & Cinematic Content

Giacomo creates and develops NIME's video content, with a particular focus on reels, promotional content and audiovisual productions related to the project. He helps shape a creative language to tell the story of NIME, the platform and the experiences connected to it, taking part in planning and producing content for social media.

Renata Rossaro

Social Media & Content Coordinator

Social Content, Performance & Analytics

Renata manages and develops NIME's social content, helping to create posts, carousels and other materials for the different social channels. She works with the team on planning and publishing content and tracks metrics, data and performance, helping to understand results and steadily improve the effectiveness of NIME's social communication.

Bogdan, managed the mobile experience from architecture to deployment. Reworked the post-launch codebase, improved the app, aligning it with the design direction from our UI and graphic teams.
